Questions about services
Which service do I need?
Homeowners usually need residential gas service coordination. Builders and developers can choose per project or a monthly retainer. Projects that have already stalled fit delay resolution and escalation.
Do you offer monthly retainers?
Yes. Small builders from $2,000 to $4,000 per month, and mid size builders and developers from $5,000 to $10,000 per month.
Can extra work change the fee?
Additional coordination outside the original scope, including redesigns, emergency escalations or expanded utility services, may require additional fees.
Can you guarantee a gas on date?
No. Utility scheduling, approvals and installation timelines are outside our control, and coordination services do not guarantee them. We track each step, follow up with every party and keep you updated on the current status.
Send us the project details. We will start with a consultation call.
Share the property address, scope of work, contractor information, utility provider and target timeline, and we will follow up to schedule the call.
